Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in post-acute settings, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs).
  • Administer tailored treatments and medications to residents.
  • Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment effectively.
  • Discuss care options with residents and their families.
  • Consult with physicians and healthcare staff as necessary.
  • Collect blood, urine, and other fluid samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Document interventions and medical histories accurately.
  • Assist in investigations of incidents, ensuring proper reporting.
  • Provide training and supervision to nursing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 4 months of experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital settings.
