Parkhurst Barista/Cashier

This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to join the Parkhurst Dining team as a Barista/Cashier. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner, adhering to Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

• Brew Barista coffee and make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.
• Price and stock all grab and go items.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
