Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team. This role involves managing a group of up to 20 direct reports who are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep of the facility and material handling equipment, including managing preventive maintenance schedules and monitoring repair costs and equipment utilization.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining high standards of housekeeping and compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in negotiations and re-negotiations of service agreements with external vendors.
  • Collect and assess quotes for upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Engineering departments on various plant initiatives.
  • Assist management in achieving timely deliveries, project completions, and overall operational growth.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; an Associate's degree or completion of a trade school program is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance is required.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience is essential.
