Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Seal Coat Laborers and Foremen to join our team. As a key member of our SEAL COATING division, you will be responsible for applying asphalt emulsion, handling heavy concrete wheel stops, and safely operating equipment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Clean and prepare asphalt surfaces before application.
  • Safely handle hot/cold crack filler, oil sealant, and scraping materials.
  • Clean and prepare work areas.
  • Safely operate heavy machinery, including concrete wheel stops.
  • Assist with hole digging for new sign poles and steel bollards.
  • Apply two-part epoxy coatings as needed.
Foreman Responsibilities
  • Ensure all team members wear proper PPE.
  • Maintain open communication with the superintendent regarding daily project progress.
  • Ensure the work area is secure and safe for the public and workers.
  • Execute phasing plans on multiple-day projects.
  • Select the appropriate asphalt emulsion application based on surface conditions.
  • Read and execute project plans.
  • Interact with customers and document changes to the scope of work.
  • Train new employees.
