As a Dishroom Attendant at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. Your duties will include setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bagging and hauling dish room trash.
