- Staff Oversight: Conduct employee evaluations, supervise training initiatives, and ensure precise documentation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage and uphold the residential budget effectively.
- Training Coordination: Organize and oversee mandatory staff training, as well as relevant workshops and conferences.
- Documentation Management: Ensure thorough in-house documentation and submit monthly operational summaries.
- Nursing Care: Deliver direct nursing services, implement prescribed dietary and exercise regimens, and assist in health maintenance training.
- Educational Background: Graduate from an accredited Nursing Institution.
- Licensure Requirements: Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is essential.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
