Position Summary - LPN, Support Manager:

Key Responsibilities of the LPN, Support Manager:
  • On-Call Duties: Provide 24/7 on-call assistance in collaboration with other management personnel.
  • Staff Oversight: Conduct employee evaluations, supervise training initiatives, and ensure precise documentation.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage and uphold the residential budget effectively.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and oversee mandatory staff training, as well as relevant workshops and conferences.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure thorough in-house documentation and submit monthly operational summaries.
  • Nursing Care: Deliver direct nursing services, implement prescribed dietary and exercise regimens, and assist in health maintenance training.
Qualifications for the LPN, Support Manager:
  • Educational Background: Graduate from an accredited Nursing Institution.
  • Licensure Requirements: Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
