Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient functional status and address reasons for referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop goals and treatment plans that reflect evaluation findings.
  • Administer appropriate evaluation tests/tools and interpret data accurately based on feedback from the treatment team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans clearly and concisely, including all essential elements according to department policy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective treatment plans and provide educational materials and methods appropriate to the patient's level of understanding and motivation.
Requirements
  • Certification - Basic Life Support
  • Licensure - Physical Therapist
  • Experience - Not required
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
