Join Our Team as a Nurse Tech at MultiCare Health System

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nurse Tech at MultiCare Health System. As a Nurse Tech, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing direct patient care and applying current health concepts to practice.

About the Role

The Nurse Tech is an incredible opportunity for a student enrolled in a Registered Nurse program at an accredited school and has completed at least one academic term, which included a clinical component or an individual who has completed the Registered Nurse course of study and is awaiting the results of their NCLEX exams.

You will provide direct patient care, applying current health concepts and performing routine duties to the level of academic competence accomplished in the individual's educational program(s) under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, applying current health concepts and performing routine duties to the level of academic competence accomplished in the individual's educational program(s)
  • Contribute to the assigned unit nursing team, functioning as a member of the unit
  • Remain abreast of current trends/information in nursing and applies this knowledge/information to practice
  • Attend required unit meetings/classes
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student in accredited school preparing persons to practice as a Registered Nurse and completed at least one academic term which included a clinical component /OR Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Nursing Technician Registered credential
  • Documentation of current clinical competencies from completed Nursing School course work
