Lead Primary Care Physician Needed

Location: Beaumont, TX

Estimated Salary: $260,000 - $360,000 per year

We are seeking a talented Medical Director for Primary Care Services to lead our healthcare team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, while also developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the delivery of primary care services to patients of all ages.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  3. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Act as a liaison between the clinical team and management, providing input on strategic planning and operational decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
  • Valid medical license and DEA registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience practicing as a Physician.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $240,000 to $350,000 per year.
  • Relocation assistance of $10,000.
  • Signing bonus of $10,000 (additional compensation available for the right candidate).
