Position Overview:
This role presents a unique opportunity to act as a pivotal financial advisor and strategic partner for a customer team managing a substantial revenue portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive financial oversight, including detailed planning, promotional expenditure analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain robust financial controls around budget management, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Category Account Managers during annual planning to align with commercial objectives and return on investment criteria for promotions.
• Lead the monthly Business Review process, delivering analytical insights on forecasts and promotional performance to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Ensure compliance with trade program policies and governance.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate cross-functional business outcomes and opportunities.
• Develop actionable solutions to business challenges through thorough root cause analysis and value creation identification.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis within the Consumer Goods sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sales Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or Internal Audit is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar ERP systems) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business-related activities.
