This individual will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the industrial staffing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both staffing and sales, with a focus on industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new clients in the industrial sector, identifying opportunities for staffing placements in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and similar industries.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative sales support and customized staffing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, ensuring the growth and success of the business.
  • Client and Account Management:
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with staffing services and conducting regular check-ins to assess their evolving staffing needs.
  • Manage client contracts and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes, acting as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns regarding staffing placements.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions, screening and matching candidates to client job orders to ensure a strong fit for both the candidate and client.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including onboarding, compliance, and job placement, ensuring that staffing placements meet both quality and safety standards.
