Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Switchboard Operator to join our team at Prosperity Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for directing calls to the correct extension in a prompt and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department based on customer needs.
  • Provide general information to customers on Bank policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Receive customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and project the Bank's professional reputation.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of switchboard or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • PBX Switchboard skills.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of Call Center operation including Saturdays and holidays.
