Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
• Engage with patrons, process orders, and provide insightful recommendations
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Verify customer age through identification checks to comply with legal standards
• Encourage the promotion of additional products when appropriate
• Keep track of inventory levels for beverages and bar supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting
• Understanding of food service operations
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, especially during large events
• Knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
• Preference for candidates with experience in cocktail preparation or brewing
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
