Position Overview: In the role of Senior Audit Supervisor, you will oversee and take charge of all aspects of audit and review assignments across multiple projects simultaneously. You will engage with clients throughout the year, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their operations and internal controls while fostering strong professional relationships. Our clientele ranges from mid-sized to high-net-worth individuals across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the engagement Director or Partner informed of significant developments regarding client accounts; identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to the Firm's Business Development initiatives.
- Exhibit expertise in technical competencies, quality of work, and adherence to professional standards, including those necessary for client advisory roles.
- Ensure proper scheduling of engagements.
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the Client's audit methodologies.
- Manage, monitor, and adhere to budgets for assigned Assurance and Advisory projects; address budget discrepancies with the Director or Partner and seek opportunities for change orders.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the work of senior and staff accountants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in public accounting.
- At least five years of recent audit experience with a public accounting firm.
- Possession of a current and valid CPA license issued by the appropriate regulatory body.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective teamwork skills.
- Strong project management and time management abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, and the standards set by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
- Receptive to training, supervision, and constructive feedback.
- Capability to guide, review, and train staff, including experienced personnel and seniors.
Working Conditions:
- Same-day travel to client offices, meetings, and seminars as necessary.
- Occasional overnight travel for client engagements, meetings, or seminars.
- Potential for overtime work throughout the year, with increased hours required from January to mid-May, which may exceed 55 hours per week.
