Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Oliver Companies, a leading property management company headquartered in Duluth, MN. Our company has been operating since 1978 and has become accomplished in hotel development and management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand or using dishwashers
- Store clean equipment and supplies in designated areas
- Restock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary items
- Clean trash receptacles with water or steam
- Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed
- Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Clean hood vents, fryer, and grease trap
- Ensure correct wash and rinse temperatures for the dish tank and drains
- Replenish hand soap and towel stations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
