Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise systems. Your expertise will ensure the security, availability, and performance of our computer systems, servers, storage, and applications across multiple sites in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for workstations, servers, network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Upgrade existing hardware and software
  • Resolve reported hardware and software issues
  • Perform a wide range of technical tasks related to system administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum: 3+ years of experience in information technology or a related field
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in IT or a related field. Prior experience managing complex IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Storage – SAN/NAS/FC/ISCSI
  • Compute – Cisco UCS, HCI, Cloud
  • Application Delivery – VMware Horizon, Zero Clients, SSO
  • Networking – Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
