Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Allegiance Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all mechanical and electrical components of production and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, and temperature instrumentation.
  • Responsible for repairing various types of facility equipment, including lift trucks, pumps, fans, air compressors, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Prepares, coordinates, and implements preventive maintenance utilizing work order systems.
  • Completes installation and repair work from schematics and drawings.
  • Responsible for recording and data collection using Ipads and Maintenance tracking software.
  • Capable of minor electrical installations.
  • Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position, good housekeeping, and 5S processes.
Requirements
  • Requires 3-5 years of knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic applications.
  • Preferred experience in: Packaging or Fryer Technician and EAM.
  • Ability to work at excessive heights, wear required PPE, lift, push, and pull up to 100lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to complete them within established times.
