Opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in rural communities.

The successful candidate will lead clinic staff, ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. They will also engage in community outreach, nurture a positive workplace environment, and lead by example in their clinical practice.


This role requires advanced clinical competencies, including the ability to analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. The Family Nurse Practitioner will also be responsible for ordering, performing, or interpreting the results of diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including health information management issues such as HIPAA.


We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and work-life balance.
