Job Description
The RN in Emergency Services provides direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes. This role entails developing nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff while maintaining high nursing standards and overseeing nursing care delivery.
The RN also participates in discharge planning and communicates effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the emergency department, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
