Expedite Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Data Conversion Specialist to join our team in Dover, DE. This role involves leading ETL of data from multiple sources into a new integrated data system and demonstrating expert data cleaning, management, and analysis skills.

About the Role
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
This is a full-time position requiring at least 5 years of experience in database administration, including 2 years at a Database Administrator 2 level or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
* Highly skilled in data/database conversions, including data mapping and ETL following technical specifications.
* Proficient in developing and maintaining data models, data warehouses, and data integration processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues.
* Expertise in iterative troubleshooting of errors and data cleaning issues.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data handling activities.

Requirements:
* Strong experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries and using .NET, C#, or other programming languages for data manipulation.
* Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools.
* Extensive experience managing and maintaining SQL Server, MySQL, or other database management systems.
* Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, such as HIPAA.
