Role Summary:
As a Fabrication Team Associate, you will engage in various tasks along the production line, utilizing specialized machinery and tools to assemble and package products for distribution. Your commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining production standards is essential in ensuring the quality of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Utilize machinery and tools effectively to fabricate products.
- Inspect and label products accurately before packaging.
- Monitor machine operations to identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and notify supervisors of any issues.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting materials and operating forklifts as necessary.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing setting, where you may encounter various conditions, including noise and mechanical vibrations. It is important to be prepared for an active workday that includes standing, walking, and lifting.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be able to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds regularly. The position requires good vision and the ability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and climbing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
