As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of diagnostic laboratory genetics.

Our program is designed to provide comprehensive training in molecular genetic and cytogenetic techniques, with a focus on the diagnosis of heritable genetic disorders. You will work closely with our experienced faculty and staff to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as specimen handling, case work-up, molecular genetic and cytogenetic procedures, results reporting, quality assurance, record keeping, budgeting, proficiency testing, laboratory inspections and accreditation, and communication with referring clinicians and genetic counselors.

As a fellow, you will be exposed to various somatic applications and will have the opportunity to participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new techniques and methods. Our program is open to both M.D. and Ph.D. trainees, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

**Qualifications:**
