Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the production of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive work motions, and moderate lifting.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet production targets and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 18 years old or older at time of application.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to comprehend written standardized work documents and perform basic math.
