**Job Summary**
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a qualified Aquatics Staff Member to join our team. As a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals.
- Provide instruction and motivation for students in swim classes.
- Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum age of 15 years old; Must be able to furnish working papers.
- YMCA/ARC Swim Instructor certification or equivalent experience, preferred.
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certifications required.
- Must be able to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
