Job Summary:

As a Self-Directed Respite Worker with Access, you will work closely with individuals to teach daily living skills and support their goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach daily living skills and other skills identified in the consumer's goal plan

Complete extensive documentation to track progress and advocate for the needs of others

Provide direct care and support to consumers, including skill building services and community engagement

Requirements:

Prior experience working with related populations, such as Intellectual Developmental Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorders

Ability to problem solve, teach life skills, and document daily progress

Flexibility to support consumers and meet their needs, including attending treatment meetings and mandatory agency trainings
