Job Title: Part-time Lab Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Lab Assistant Supervisor to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care.

Job Summary:

The Part-time Lab Assistant Supervisor will assist the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks, including developing interventions, creating materials for behavior programs, and providing training and consultation to families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with developing interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills.
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation for families in the implementation of positive supports and behavioral interventions.
  • Assist with developing goals in a range of areas, including communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and recreational and leisure skills.
  • Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports and data, and provide periodic reviews of Behavioral Therapists' performance.
  • Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data and coach Behavior Therapists to reduce data discrepancies.
  • Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.
Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in Master's program or have Master's Degree in related field.
  • 2-3 years experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
  • 2-3 years experience working with children age 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
