We are seeking a highly qualified Neurologist to join our team as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Neurology at Stanford University. The successful candidate will have expertise in Movement Disorders and a strong track record of clinical and research experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with movement disorders in our outpatient clinics
- Supervise trainees in clinical assessments, including Movement Disorders Fellows, Neurology Residents, and Medical Students
- Contribute to the academic mission of the Stanford Department of Neurology
- ABPN Board Certification in Neurology
- At least a two-year Movement Disorders Fellowship or equivalent experience
- Clinical experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of movement disorders
- Ability to perform botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders
- Ability to perform assessments for neuromodulation interventions, such as Deep Brain Stimulation and Focused Ultrasound
- Ability to perform Deep Brain Stimulation programming
- Clinical trials or clinical research experience
- Ability to contribute to the academic mission of the Stanford Department of Neurology
