- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and accreditation standards to maintain and enhance patient care.
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state license/certification.
- Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide therapy services in various settings, including home health care.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
