About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Resource Representative to join our team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our Patient Resource Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.
  • Provide appropriate chart documentation.
  • Collaborate well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • 2 years in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
  • Certified Medical Assistant.
