About the Job
In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide top-notch customer service and maintain a well-organized store environment. As a General Merchandise Clerk, you will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Floor Safety: Ensure aisles are clear, floors are clean, and there are no hazards present
  • Backroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized backroom area, including stockroom and break room
