About the Role
This position involves traveling between communities to support where needed, developing relationships with customers, and maintaining standard sales office hours while being flexible to meet customer schedules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work weekends and possess a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
- A Real Estate License is required in most states.
- Previous high-end sales experience preferred.
Compensation Package
We offer a base salary of $25.00 per hour during the training program, estimated annual compensation of $115,000 - $150,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA accounts, 401K, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and EAP.
