Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as outlined by the company.
  • Prepare menu items following the Flanigan's recipe guidelines and presentation standards.
  • Manage product rotation and maintain stock levels to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
  • Assist in completing designated prep tasks to set up workstations as required.
  • Facilitate the transport of items within the kitchen and assist with vendor deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
  • Effectively break down and clean all workstations at the end of service.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
  • Capability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to interpret recipes and food labels accurately.
  • Skilled in reading and processing POS ticket orders.
  • Communicate effectively regarding ticket times and manage food flow from the kitchen to guests.
  • Proficient in safely operating kitchen equipment, including grills and slicers.
  • Work safely with hot cookware and sharp utensils.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. multiple times during the shift.
  • Able to hold items weighing up to 5 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a high-temperature, humid environment.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues with dishwashing and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Complete and pass the food safety certification program in compliance with company standards.

  • Five-day work week with two consecutive days off.
