Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team at Pipestone (Emp Serv LLC). As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing and managing the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and bonus payrolls
  • Audit timecards for missed punches and proper PTO recording
  • Reconcile and audit earnings and deductions
  • Calculate manual timecards
  • Establish and maintain employee and payroll records
  • Oversee pay card program and process new hire and termination status changes
  • Provide customer service to employees and process cash receipts and accounts payable
  • Maintain and oversee employee housing program and process personal leave of absences
  • Assist in reconciling and auditing payroll general ledger accounts
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Math and accounting aptitude
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of 10-key, word processing, and spreadsheet programs
  • Experience with time and payroll processing software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
Work Environment

Office setting in Pipestone, MN or Brandon, SD

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, and ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per day

Reliable transportation to get to work and meetings
