About the Role

The Pupil Movement Coordinator will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and extracurricular activities. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive a school bus over designated routes in accordance with specified time schedules and regulations.
  • Pick up and discharge students at established school bus stops.
  • Monitor student behavior and ensure their safety during transportation.
  • Communicate with parents and school administrators regarding student issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B license with passenger and school bus endorsements.
  • Minimum six months previous school bus driving experience or vocational training.
Working Conditions
  • Work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and sit for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
