We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in post-acute care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
