Job Summary

Austin Powder is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our global finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to our business units, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial data from global subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements and product-driven data.
  • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Provide analytical support for business decisions, including EBITDA trends and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to prepare workpapers and supporting documentation.
  • Develop and maintain visual data for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Experience working with entities outside of the U.S. is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
