Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Midland, Michigan.

About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and responding to alarms.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Michigan.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical surgical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
