We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to join our team at St. David's HealthCare. As a NICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of newborns and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in NICU care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience in NICU nursing.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification.
- Active nursing license per state.
