Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct various patient tests and specimen collection as directed by RNs
  • Function as the "front door" to the unit, providing customer service-oriented communication and clerical support
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent work experience, including ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
  • Previous experience as a nurse aide or completion of a nurse aide training program or other relevant clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently, handle interruptions, take direction, and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
  • Competency in CPR and Heimlich Maneuver
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
