Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current unencumbered RN license in West Virginia or ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • 1 year of experience in orthopedic nursing or related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods
