Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and handling phone inquiries
  • Collecting co-pays and processing insurance claims
  • Obtaining pre-authorizations and verifying insurance coverage
  • Data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Providing excellent customer service and patient interaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental front office setting
  • Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and pre-authorization processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
