Job Title: Route Driver Trainee

About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Distribution Team at Bernick's. As a Route Driver Trainee, you will have the opportunity to advance your career as a Route Driver and develop valuable skills in logistics and customer service.

We are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that they receive the best possible products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and development of new team members to obtain their Class A Driver's License.
  • Advance from a Driver Trainee to a Route Driver and have a designated route.
  • Begin your day at 5:00 AM and work until route completion, allowing you to be home with your family and friends every night.

Requirements:

  • Have a driving record that meets Bernick's standards.
  • Hold a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) prior to start date.
  • Be able to bend, lift, twist, while moving product off the truck.
