About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our clinical team at Castle Dental. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in providing top-notch services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Assist in educating patients on proper oral hygiene strategies, promoting healthy habits and a positive patient experience.
  • Support our dental team in improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and enhancing smiles every day.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean and organized office, adhering to high standards of infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Any state-specific licenses and/or certifications (e.g., RDA License, CPR certified, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support.
