Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
