  • Hire, engage, and develop a team of educators who are passionate about early childhood education
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
  • Use your business and marketing skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and engage diverse teams
  • At least one year of leadership experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills and organizational skills
  • Budget and financial accountability
  • NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge
  • Meet state specific guidelines for the role
