Sanitation Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Post Holdings. As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing various sanitation tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Conduct pre-op inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Follow daily production start-up procedures to ensure a smooth production process
• Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in multiple areas
• Report any equipment or mechanical problems to management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sanitation experience a plus
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a variety of environments
