Job Description
This role is responsible for providing consultative design services to customers, developing and presenting design concepts, and managing customer projects through all phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
\\\• Meet with customers to understand their design needs and preferences
\\\\- Develop and present creative design concepts that incorporate the customer's personal style, lifestyle, and budget
\\\\- Provide expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories to homeowners, interior designers, and builders

Requirements
\\\• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years of interior design experience in lieu of design education
\\\\- Prior retail/sales experience preferred
\\\\- Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
\\\\- Proficient in basic mathematical skills and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
