We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to provide coverage in our low-volume emergency departments in Alabama.
Location: Our hospitals are located approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from Montgomery and Auburn, and 1 hour 45 minutes from Birmingham.
Shifts and Scheduling: Shifts can be 12, 24, or 36 hours, with shift times from 7am to 7am. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Census and Patient Volume: Our emergency departments see an average of 20 patients per 24 hours, with approximately 7,000 to 8,000 annual visits. We have implemented electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure efficient patient care.
Physician Quarters and Amenities: Our hospitals offer comfortable physician quarters while on duty, complete with amenities such as a bed, shower, and refrigerator.
