Nail Artist

We are seeking a talented Nail Artist to join our team at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas. As a Nail Artist, you will have the opportunity to work in a luxury brand environment, providing exceptional nail services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures and pedicures
• Assist with salon operations to maintain a smooth guest experience
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Manicurist License
• Excellent nail services and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings

Compensation Information:

• Employees will be placed in one of four commission level bands based on skillset and experience
• Commission rates range from 33% to 49% of Service Sales Revenue, plus tips

Employees in this position have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines. Employees are paid an hourly rate of $18.50 for any initial onboarding and ongoing training hours.
