Urology Advanced Practice Provider

Compensation range: $109,130 - $128,979

Salary offers are contingent upon experience, with higher compensation reserved for candidates possessing extensive experience.

We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Advanced Practice Provider to become a vital part of our thriving outpatient Urology practice. This role is a full-time, hospital-employed position, operating Monday through Friday with limited on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive urological care to patients.
  • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Collaborate and consult with both medical and non-medical staff.
  • Effectively monitor patient progress throughout treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on the significance of treatment plans and communicate potential side effects and risks associated with prescribed medications.
  • Provide guidance on disease prevention and urological health.
  • Exhibit strong documentation skills.
  • Manage routine check-up appointments and ensure follow-up throughout patient care.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with patients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage assigned projects and responsibilities.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
  • Experience in female urology is preferred.
Required Credentials:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Education Requirements:
• Certified and Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), to be obtained prior to commencement OR

• Certified and Registered Physician Assistant (PA) by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), to be obtained prior to commencement.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and following instructions in English is essential.
